USER-REGISTRATION
- When the option is selected, you will be displayed a new pop you enter
your registered (CDS Number/National ID NO/ “Passport No / InCorporation No / Email Address) & click submit. - Once you enter your registered (CDS Number/National ID NO/Passport
No/ In Corporation No /Email Address) you will be displayed a new
screen (Client’s name, address, postal code, city, & country fields will
be filled automatically according to the details stored in the system). - You are required to enter the “desired login name” & click on the “check
availability button”, it will show whether the login name is available or
not, you click on the “create my account button” after checking the “I
accept the terms and conditions”. - After clicking on the “create my account button” the login credentials
(user name and temporary password) will be sent to your registered
Email ID & a message. - You click on the “Back to login” button, and it will be redirected to the
login page again. - The login credentials (user name and temporary password) to the user’s
email id, you will have to enter the username & the temporary password
on the login page. - After a successful validation of the details entered, a new dialog box will be displayed, where the you can set a new password for your respective account.
- You will have to enter the temporary password that was received in the email, the new password, new password confirmations &; when the Save button is clicked, the password gets reset a message will be displayed.
- Then user needs to re-login with correct credentials.
