  • Nancy Noreh: General Manager-Finance & Administration:

    Nancy joined Sterling in 2006 and is responsible for the day to day running of the company's non-marketing functions. She has been closely involved in the company's growth and development since she joined the firm. She has over 8 years' experience in accounting, finance and administration and holds a Master of Commerce in Finance, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).


    Peter Mwirigi: Head of Fixed Income Trading:

    Peter has extensive experience in debt placement and secondary bond trading. He previously worked with Dyer and Blair Investment Bank for three years and was involved in the following bond issues; Sasini 5-yr Medium Term Note, CfC-Stanbic, Mabati Rolling Mills 5-year note, Shelter Afrique 3-year note and Kengen PIBO.

    He holds an MBA in Finance and Bachelors in Commerce (Accounting Option) as well as CFA Level one.


    Andrew Maina: Acting Chief Dealer Local and Foreign sales

    Andrew is responsible in creating and maintaining strategic relationships with foreign and local clients. His tenure at the capital market spurns over four years having previously worked at Genghis Capital and NIC Capital.
    Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and is currently pursuing Masters Financials Economics at Kenya School of Monetary Studies.

    Benson Kasyoka: Head of Customer Service & Marketing:

    Mr. Kasyoka has previously worked with Pan Africa Insurance Company, Uchumi Supermarkets Ltd. He has displayed an instinct for quality customer service right from when he joined the firm. He specializes in facilitating customer service gap analysis to support the company in developing prioritized action plans to improve service levels and profitability. He studied at the University of Nairobi and graduated with a B.A. (Mathematics and Communication).He also holds a Diploma in International Relations and Diplomacy and a Certificate in Information Technology. Benson also holds a certificate from the Securities Industry Training Institute (East Africa) SITI in Securities Markets Fundamentals.


    Eliud Maina: Corporate Finance and Advisory:

    Eliud undertakes corporate finance and advisory functions. He previously worked with KenolKobil and Entrust Advisory where he acquired solid experience in accounting and fixed income with an emphasis on commercial paper. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).


    Mary Wambui: Head of Operations:

    Mary has been involved in establishing procedures for regional IPOs offers and trades.  Over the 7 years span she has been with Sterling, she has developed solid relationships with clients, partners and colleagues.  She is in-charge of back-office operations, trade verifications, confirmations and managing public offers. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.

    Bonface Mutuma: Head of ICT:

    Bonface is responsible for ICT systems development, maintenance and use of computer and telecommunication systems within the organization. He collaborates with other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support effective technology solutions, as well as define and implement ICT policies, procedures and best practices. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology from Strathmore University and is currently pursuing an MBA in Project Management at Kenyatta University.
